Movo is an independent app created by a lifter and iOS developer who wanted something calmer than spreadsheets and less noisy than most fitness apps.
The first version of Movo was nothing more than a personal tool: a simple way to log heavy sessions, track volume and keep an eye on progress without being pulled into feeds, likes or DMs.
Over time it grew into the app it is today – focused on lifters who care about structured training, honest stats and a workflow that respects your attention in a busy gym.
